Holiday Shipping Notice
During the holiday season, major shipping carriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx are experiencing high shipment volumes, which may cause occasional delays. We're working closely with our logistics partners to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Delivery Range
- United States: Free shipping is available for deliveries within the United States (except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- Other Regions: Please contact our email address support@kingsom.com to confirm the specific shipping fees.
Shipping Time
The average transit time is 5-7 business days. Normally we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the avarage transit time depends on the logistics.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Notes About Delivery
Should you need to modify the delivery address once your package is en route, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply. We're here to assist with any changes you might require.
Orders Tracking
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.
Shipping Instructions
Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.
