Refund policy
We sincerely hope you enjoy the Kingsom product, but we also understand that sometimes you might want to cancel an order or return the product for a refund. Please carefully read the instructions below before you initiate the return.

How to Cancel
- Order not shipped: Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel your order. This service is free of charge.
- Order shipped but not delivered yet: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you can still contact customer service. We will attempt to request an intercept service from the courier, but success cannot be guaranteed. A handling fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged.
- Delivery Rejected: If the package is rejected and returned to our warehouse, we will charge 5% of the order amount to cover shipping losses and handling fees.
30 Days Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Kingsom is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred during the return process, so please make sure the product is well-packed with the initial protection materials in the package.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging and the protective materials.
- If your order includes free gifts, please return them along with the main item. Failure to do so will result in a refund deduction of the gift's value. Opened consumable gifts are not eligible for return.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request for items that have expired this 30-day money-back window.Â
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Â
Conditions of Returns
If an order has been delivered, please initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Depending on the condition of the product, a service fee will be charged based on the table below. For non-quality related return claims, buyer is  responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: Used Replacement Filter Set is not returnable.
How Do I Return An Item?
- Please reach out to support@kingsom.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return, describe the product's condition with pictures, and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
- Kingsom support will inspect the request and reply within 1 business day, and share the corresponding return instructions with you.
- For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Kingsom with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
How Long Does It Take to Get A Refund?
Refunds process will start after our warehouse receives the returned products and finishes the inspection. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made, and a notification email will be sent to you once the refund is issued. The refund processing time typically takes 1-3 working days, and it also depends on the bank's processing time.
Statements
- If only part of the items in a bundle are to be returned, the refund amount will be based on the calculation provided by customer service, not the individual product prices listed on the website.
- Returns must be authorized by customer service.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- Kingsom reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the return conditions.
- If the return is sent to an address not provided by official customer service, Kingsom will refuse the refund.
- We will actively respond to every customer request. Please do NOT initiate a chargeback, as it will significantly delay the entire return process and incur additional fees.
- Kingsom reserves the right to modify the terms on this page without prior notice.Â
